Cute Miss Jingle shows typical Jack Russell Terrier hair wisps in front of her eyes. This is akin to when we look through very dirty eye glasses or a streaked windshield. It slows our ability to focus quickly and ruins our depth perception. The strain will give humans a headache. I imagine it is the same for dogs.
